The process is characterized in that, by selecting and adaptingthe emulsifier/emulsifier systems to the oil phase of the invert emulsion, temperature-controlled phase inversion is ensured by solidification in the temperature range belowthe operating temperatures of the water-in-oil invert emulsions, but above thesolidification temperature of the aqueous phase, and waste disposal or cleaning is carriedout in the temperature range of the phase inversion and/or at temperatures lyingtherebelow.
