燃烧试验方法

Flame test

■Horizontal flame test

1. Test Outline

The sample is kept horizontal, & burned with a Laboratory

burner continuously for 30 seconds.

2. Safety Regulations applied

UL Subject 758, UL 1581.

3. Test Process

(1) The sample is fixed in a horizontal position.

(2) The Laboratory burner is set at a 20°angle, & its flame is

applied for 30 seconds.

4. Judging Standards

(1) The burning speed does not exceed 25mm/min.

(2) The surgical cotton under the sample is not burned by

falling insulation.

■水平燃烧试验

1. 试验概要

试样保持水平，用试验用喷灯燃烧30秒钟×1次。

2. 适用安全标准

UL Subject758、UL1581

3. 试验步骤

(1)水平固定一条试样。

(2)以20°角，用试验用喷灯的火焰烧烤30秒钟。

4. 判断标准

(1)燃烧速度不超过25mm/分。

(2)垫在底部的外科用棉不被落下物引燃。
