摘要:

本研究旨在探究TCP1通过P53调控Wnt7b/β-catenin信号通

路对肝癌细胞增殖和迁移的影响。我们通过Western

blotting发现,在正常肝组织和肝癌组织中,TCP1在肝癌组

织中呈现出显著高表达。进一步的实验表明,TCP1可以促进

肝癌细胞的增殖和迁移,而过表达P53可以抑制TCP1的增殖

和迁移作用。此外,我们还发现Wnt7b/β-catenin信号通路

是TCP1促进肝癌细胞增殖和迁移的基础。通过抑制

Wnt7b/β-catenin信号通路,我们可以抑制TCP1对肝癌细胞

增殖和迁移的促进作用。综上所述,TCP1通过P53调控

Wnt7b/β-catenin信号通路参与调控肝癌细胞的增殖和迁移,

为肝癌的治疗提供了新的靶点。

Abstract:

The present study aimed to investigate the influence

of TCP1 mediated by P53 on Wnt7b/β-catenin signal

transduction pathways for the proliferation and

migration of liver cancer cells. We found that the

TCP1 was expressed remarkably higher in liver cancer

tissues than in normal liver tissues through Western

blotting. Further experiments showed that TCP1 could

promote the proliferation and migration of liver

cancer cells, while overexpressed P53 can inhibit

TCP1's proliferation and migration effects. In

addition, we found that Wnt7b/β-catenin signal

transduction pathway was the basis for TCP1 to promote

the proliferation and migration of liver cancer cells.

By inhibiting the Wnt7b/β-catenin signal transduction

pathway, we can suppress TCP1's promotion of liver

cancer cell proliferation and migration. In summary,

TCP1 mediated by P53 participates in the regulation of

the proliferation and migration of liver cancer cells

through Wnt7b/β-catenin signal transduction pathways,

which provides a new target for the treatment of liver

cancer.
