益肾降糖饮治疗糖尿病肾病（G2A3期）

气阴两虚夹瘀证患者的疗效观察及对

NLRP3、IL-1β的影响

摘 要

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症之一，其发生、发展与糖尿

病的控制严密相关。益肾降糖饮是一种传统中药方剂，具有补

肾益气、清热降糖的功效，被广泛应用于糖尿病的治疗中。本

研究旨在探讨益肾降糖饮对糖尿病肾病（G2A3期）气阴两虚

夹瘀证患者的疗效及对NLRP3、IL-1β的影响。选取60例符

合纳入标准的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组口服益

肾降糖饮，对照组口服格列喹酮，治疗8周。结果显示，治疗

组患者的血糖、尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮等指标水平显著下降，尿

白蛋白、血清肌酐、尿酸清除率、eGFR等指标水平显著增加，

与对照组比较具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。同时，治疗组患者

的NLRP3、IL-1β mRNA表达水平显著下降，且与对照组比较

有显著性差异（P<0.05）。以上结果表明，益肾降糖饮对糖尿

病肾病（G2A3期）气阴两虚夹瘀证患者具有一定的疗效，其

可能机制与抑制NLRP3、IL-1β的表达有关。

Abstract

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common

complications of diabetes, and its occurrence and

development are closely related to diabetes control.

Yishen Jiangtang Drink is a traditional Chinese

medicine formula with the effect of tonifying the

kidney and qi, clearing heat and lowering blood sugar,

which is widely used in the treatment of diabetes. The

purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic

effect of Yishen Jiangtang Drink on patients with

diabetic nephropathy (G2A3 stage) who presented with

Qi-Yin deficiency coupled with blood stasis syndrome,

as well as its impact on NLRP3 and IL-1β. Sixty

patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected

and randomized into treatment group and control group,

with the treatment group receiving Yishen Jiangtang

Drink and the control group receiving Glimepiride for

8 weeks. Results showed that the levels of blood

glucose, uric acid, creatinine, and blood urea

nitrogen in the treatment group decreased

significantly, while the levels of urine albumin,

serum creatinine, uric acid clearance rate, and eGFR

increased significantly compared with the control

group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the mRNA expression levels

of NLRP3 and IL-1β in the treatment group were

significantly lower than those in the control group

(P<0.05). The above results indicate that Yishen
