This Employment Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into by and between

[Employer’s name], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of [Employer’s

country], with its principal place of business at [Employer’s address] (the “Employer”),

and [Employee’s name], who resides at [Employee’s address] (the “Employee”)

(collectively referred to as the “Parties”). 本就业合同（“合同”）由[雇主公司名称]，

1. Employment Term 雇佣期限

1.1 The Employee agrees to be employed by the Employer for a period of [number of

1.2 Upon expiration of the Employment Term, this Contract shall renew

1.3 Either Party may terminate this Contract without cause and without any liability

2. Duties and Responsibilities 职责和责任

2.1 The Employee shall be employed in the position of [Job Title], and shall perform

all duties and responsibilities associated with that position, or as otherwise designated by

the Employer from time to time. 雇员将在[工作名称]职位上就职，并承担此职位相关

的所有职责和责任，或者根据雇主的指定从时间指定。

2.2 The Employee acknowledges that he/she is not restricted from working for any

other employer, provided that such employment does not give rise to any conflict of

interest or result in a violation of any non-compete or similar agreement entered into by

the Employee with a prior employer. 雇员承认，雇员未被限制为任何其他雇主工作，

前提是这种就业不引起任何利益冲突或违反与先前雇主签订的任何非竞争或类似协

3. Compensation and Benefits 工资和福利

3.1 The Employee shall be paid a base salary of [salary amount] per

[hour/week/month/year], subject to applicable withholding and other deductions, payable

3.2 In addition to the base salary, the Employer shall provide the Employee with the

3.3 The Employee acknowledges that the benefits described in Section 3.2 may be

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure 保密协议

4.1 The Employee acknowledges that during the course of his/her employment,

he/she will have access to and become familiar with various confidential information,

including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, pricing information, and other

confidential or proprietary information of the Employer and its affiliates (collectively,

“Confidential Information”). 雇员确认，在其就业过程中，雇员将可以访问和熟悉各

种机密信息，包括但不限于商业机密，客户列表，价格信息以及雇主及其附属公司

的其他机密或专有信息（统称“机密信息”）。

4.2 The Employee agrees to keep all Confidential Information confidential and not to

disclose or use any such Confidential Information for any purpose other than to carry out

his/her employment responsibilities for the Employer. 雇员同意保持所有机密信息的保

密性，不披露或使用任何此类机密信息，以在雇主的雇佣职责范围内完成其职责。

4.3 The Employee further agrees not to take any Confidential Information or tangible

property of the Employer or its affiliates upon termination of his/her employment with

the Employer. 雇员进一步同意，在雇佣合同期满或终止后，不拿走雇主或其附属公

司的任何机密信息或有形财产。

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 适用法律和管辖权

5.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

5.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be resolved through

arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [specify arbitration association] in the city

of [arbitration city], and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be

entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 与本合同有关的任何纠纷应通过仲裁
