proposal 名词
"Proposal" 是一个名词，意思是“提议，建议”。它可以用
作及物动词，也可用作不及物动词。用作及物动词时，可接名词、
代词、动名词、动词不定式或从句作宾语。后接从句时，从句要
用虚拟语气。例如：
- Congress has rejected the latest economic proposal
