Jenny's Everyday Adventures

Jenny is my best friend from school. She lives just down the

street from me which is really cool! We get to walk together to

and from school almost every day. Jenny's mornings are always

super busy and fun.

Jenny's day starts bright and early at 6:30am when her mom

opens the curtains and lets the sunshine into her bedroom. "Rise

and shine, sleepyhead!" her mom says with a big smile. Jenny

rubs her eyes and stretches out her arms. She gets up and makes

her bed, fluffing her pillows just right.

Next it's time for jenny to get dressed. She picks out her

favorite outfit - a sparkly pink shirt with rainbows and her

comfiest blue jeans. She heads to the bathroom to brush her

teeth. Her toothbrush is purple and has Dora the Explorer on it.

Brushing up and down, back and forth, she makes sure to get her

teeth super clean and smiley.

After teeth brushing, Jenny skips down the hallway to the

kitchen for breakfast. Her baby brother Jake is already sitting in

his highchair babbling and banging his sippy cup on the tray.

"Good morning Jake!" Jenny says, ruffling his hair. Jake just

giggles at her. For breakfast, Jenny's mom made her favorite -

blueberry pancakes! Jenny carefully pours a bunch of sweet

syrup all over them.

"Don't forget your vitamin gummies," Jenny's mom reminds

her as she passes her a little cup full of the chewy fruity vitamins.

Jenny's favorites are the cherry and orange ones. She pops a few

in her mouth and chews them up, smacking her lips at the

yummy taste.

After she finishes her pancakes, Jenny puts her dish in the

sink and runs to get her backpack and lace up her sparkly light

up sneakers. She gives her mom a hug and a kiss goodbye. "Bye

Mom! Bye Jake!" Jenny calls as she heads out the door to walk to

school.

At school, Jenny's day is jam-packed with fun! She loves all

her classes, especially art class where she gets to finger paint and

make macaroni necklaces. At recess, she plays tag with her

friends and goes super duper high on the swings. For lunch she

has a smiley face sandwich, some baby carrots, a yogurt tube,
