PRDX6在卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者
血清及内膜组织表达的差异分析
摘要:目的:探讨PRDX6在卵巢型子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患
者的血清和内膜组织中的表达差异,并分析其与疾病发生发展
的关系。
方法:选取60例经手术病理证实为EMs患者和60名正常妇女
作为对照。采用ELISA法检测PRDX6在血清样本中的表达,并
利用免疫组织化学法分别检测PRDX6在EMs患者和正常对照组
的内膜组织中的表达水平。同时还进行了文献回顾和基因表达
数据分析,探究PRDX6的生物学作用和分子机制。
结果:EMs患者的血清PRDX6表达水平显著下降(P<0.05),
内膜组织PRDX6的阳性表达率也明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。
与正常对照组相比,EMs患者的PRDX6表达差异明显,并且在
确诊EMs患者的组织中,PRDX6的表达水平与疾病的严重程度
和周期相关。文献回顾显示,PRDX6参与了多种细胞生物学活
动,如细胞凋亡、氧化应激反应、细胞迁移和侵袭等。PRDX6
在EMs发展过程中的作用可能与其在调节细胞活动和保护细胞
免受氧化应激损伤的能力有关。
结论:PRDX6在EMs的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的生物学作
用,其表达水平与疾病的严重程度和周期密切相关,可能成为
EMs的潜在治疗靶点。

Analysis of the Differences in Serum and Endometrial
Tissue Expression of PRDX6 in Endometriosis Patients
with Ovarian-Type: A Chinese Study
Abstract: Objectives: To explore the expression
difference of Peroxiredoxin 6 (PRDX6) in the serum and
endometrial tissues of endometriosis patients with
ovarian-type, and analyze its correlation with the
occurrence and development of the disease.
Methods: Sixty endometriosis patients with ovarian-
type confirmed by pathological examination and 60
healthy women were selected as controls. ELISA was
used to detect the expression of PRDX6 in serum
samples, and immunohistochemical staining was used to
detect the expression levels of PRDX6 in endometrial
tissues of endometriosis patients and control group.
Literature review and gene expression data analysis
were also carried out to explore the biological
function and molecular mechanism of PRDX6.
Results: The expression levels of PRDX6 in serum of
endometriosis patients were significantly lower than
those of the control group (P<0.05), and the positive
