参考范文:

One possible version:

Our class conducted a survey entitled “How often meals are skipped”. The

results of the survey shows that the percentage of students who skip meals once

a day/frequently and several times a week is respectively 50% and 8%.However,

those who never skip meals only account for 37%.

With the development of economy, students have a lot of choices as for what

to eat. More and more students are keen to eat snacks, skipping regular meals,

which does great harm to their health, and even their study.

As far as I am concerned, it's urgent for students themselves to improve their

selfdiscipline and it's also urgent for parents and teachers to strengthen their

guidance.

下水作文1:

According to a recent survey conducted in our class, a majority of students

admitted to skipping meals on a regular basis, highlighting a concerning trend

that needs to be addressed.

It was found that students often skip meals due to a lack of time between

classes, long study sessions, and various other obligations. While

understandable in some circumstances, this habit can have serious health

consequences. Skipping meals can lead to dizziness, headaches, and fatigue,

among other issues.

To solve this problem, we suggest schools carry out a policy that provides

students with sufficient breaks between classes and during the lunch period.

Additionally, students should be educated on the importance of regular meals

and healthy eating habits. Finally, school cafeterias should offer a variety of

healthy and delicious options to encourage students to eat on taking

these steps, schools can ensure that students have the necessary time and

resources to eat properly, maintaining their energy and overall health.

下水作文2:

According to a recent survey conducted by our class, a majority of students

reported skipping meals regularly, either breakfast or lunch, for various reasons.

Some claim to be too busy with studies or extracurricular activities to eat, while

others argued that they don't have access to affordable, healthy options within

school premises. However, breakfast skippers may need to take heed of a

scientific study that found missing breakfast to be linked to lower cognitive

function and weight gain.

To address this issue, I suggest several measures. Firstly, schools could

provide healthy and affordable meal options to ensure that students have access

to balanced ly, awareness programs could be conducted on the

importance of regular meal consumption and the negative impact of skipping

meals. Lastly, students themselves could take responsibility for their health by

managing their meal schedule better. They could pack healthy lunches or

breakfasts the night before and aim to maintain a regular meal schedule, despite

their busy conclusion, with our increasingly fastpaced lifestyles

causing many people to skip meals, it is essential to remind ourselves of the

importance of regular meal consumption for our health and wellbeing.
