and I would like to ask how to reproduce this with JavaScript that at least works in Chrome but possibly in Firefox too?

  • 1 Currently, this CSS only works in Safari. It would be really nice to have a cross browser patible solution. – Andrew Commented Aug 31, 2016 at 16:46
