感受科技兴农的英语作文

In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,

scientific and technological progress has changed with

each passing day, and rural areas have changed

dramatically. Our family talked happily: Dad said that

scientific and technological progress has narrowed the gap

between rural and urban areas.

The winding narrow country road has become a really

wide Kangzhuang road. Farmers walk on the Kangzhuang

road, grow grain scientifically in the fields, plant tea and

chestnuts in the mountains, engage in farm tourism or

work in Farmers' granaries are full, their money

bags are bulging, their mental outlook is taking on a new

look, and the gap between rural and urban areas is

gradually narrowing. Dad also said that scientific and

technological progress has made the country rich, there

are more preferential policies for farmers, and farmers'

problems of "difficulty in traveling, seeing a doctor, and

going to school" are gradually being solved. My mother

said that when I went to school, I wore a suit of clothes and

a pair of shoes. The first thing I did when I came home on

Saturday was to change my clothes and shoes. Otherwise,

I would have to wear them the next week. Looking at my

incomprehensible attitude, my mother explained that

because my family was poor, we could only add a new suit

of clothes every New Year.

Now that science and technology have advanced, the

market has been enriched and everyone has money, there

will be no shortage of food and clothing. Grandpa said that

technological progress has liberated my hands. He said

that in the past, cattle were used for farming, and rice

seedlings were planted and harvested manually. Now,

advanced small machinery has replaced simple labor. In

the past, we suffered from farming with our faces facing

the loess and our backs facing the sky. Now, we are happy

to see the cooperative go from mechanized seedling

raising to mechanized harvesting. "Listening to your family

is better than reading for ten years". The original rural

prosperity is the result of the development of science and

technology, which is inseparable from the vast number of

farmers learning and using science and technology.

I must study hard, master scientific and technological

knowledge, and serve agriculture better in the future.
