To be a small fish in a big pond or a big fish in a small pond?
Everyone plays a crucial role in the society. In the future, may be you will be a
small fish in a big pond , may be you will be a big fish in a minor pond. This is the
two kind of different roles , there are many differences .
If you are a minor fish in a big pond, your work will very hard , you will feel
extremely tied from time to time. In a big pond every manager will instruct you. If
you make any mistake, they will criticize you, even dismissing you, nevertheless
you can also benefit from it , your life will be extremely abundant, you will become
increasingly careful and earnest. If you are a big fish in a minor pond, everyone will
surround you. The managers will think you are the best one, they will believe in
you. Nonetheless, it also has many disadvantages. For example your capacity will
be envious of others, sometimes they will make up facts to trip you up.
In my point of view, I intend to become a big fish in a minor pond , even
though I will be envied. I think when I am in a minor pond, I will have more
alternatives to achieve my ideal. I can dedicate myself to society .
