Plan

Introduction

The Disability Prevention Action Plan (DPAP) was launched

with the aim of enhancing the quality of life for individuals with

progress made in implementing the plan over the past year.

Implementation Progress

Awareness Raising: We have successfully conducted several

awareness-raising campaigns targeting schools, communities,

Limited Resources: While implementing the plan, we have

encountered challenges due to limited financial and human

resources. To address this, we have sought partnerships with

non-governmental organizations and private sector entities to

pool resources and expertise.

Cultural Barriers: Cultural norms and beliefs can sometimes

hinder the acceptance of disability prevention measures. We are

working to address these barriers through education and

cultural sensitization programs.

Conclusion

The DPAP has made notable progress in its first year of

implementation. However, there are still challenges that need to

be addressed. Going forward, we will continue to work towards

our goal of creating an inclusive society where everyone can live

with dignity and without fear of disability.
