章氏推伤药酒离子导入治疗瘀血阻络

型儿童急性髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效

摘要：

目的：探讨章氏推伤药酒离子导入治疗瘀血阻络型儿童急性髋

关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。

方法：选取2019年1月至2020年6月在我院就诊的30例儿

童急性髋关节滑膜炎患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组

和对照组，每组15例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规

治疗的基础上，加用章氏推伤药酒离子导入治疗。比较两组治

疗前后的VAS评分、滑膜厚度、肝肾功能、白细胞计数和CRP

水平。

结果：观察组治疗后，VAS评分、滑膜厚度、白细胞计数和

CRP水平均较对照组有明显下降，差异有统计学意义

（P<0.05）；而肝肾功能无明显变化。

结论：章氏推伤药酒离子导入治疗可有效改善瘀血阻络型儿童

急性髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效，且安全可靠。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of ZHANG's

Pain Relief liquor ion import therapy for children

with acute hip synovitis caused by blood stasis.

Methods: Thirty children with acute hip synovitis who

were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to

June 2020 were randomly divided into an observation

group (15 cases) and a control group (15 cases). The

control group was treated with conventional therapy,

and the observation group was given ZHANG's Pain

Relief liquor ion import therapy on the basis of

conventional therapy. The VAS score, synovial

thickness, liver and kidney function, white blood cell

count, and CRP level before and after treatment were

compared between the two groups.

Results: After treatment, the VAS score, synovial

thickness, white blood cell count, and CRP level in

the observation group decreased significantly compared

with those in the control group, and the difference

was statistically significant (P<0.05); however, there

was no significant difference in liver and kidney

function between the two groups.
