教案一：《好玩的梯子》

【活动目标】

1、培养幼儿不怕困难、勇于挑战的意志品质，同时让幼儿体验

玩梯子的乐趣。

2、引导幼儿探索梯子的多种玩法，发展幼儿平衡、跨跳、双脚

行进跳、单脚跳等基本动作。

【活动准备】

梯子三个、轮胎多个、垫子、毛巾、背景音乐。

【活动难点】

幼儿能在一定坡度上保持平衡、安全的上下坡。

【活动过程】

（一）热身活动

听音乐跑进场，钻梯子的洞洞；听音乐做动作，主要练习单、双

脚跳。

（二）幼儿自由探索玩梯子。

1、引导幼儿自由探索玩梯子。教师：“小朋友们梯子除了能钻

洞洞意外还可以怎么玩儿？动动你的小脑筋想一想，看看谁最聪明。

在玩之前老师有要求，玩的时候要要遵守秩序，不抢先、不推别人，

要注意安全。观察幼儿玩法，并指导。

2、集中展示自己的玩法。请个别幼儿介绍自己的玩法，大家学
