【篇一】危机意识 The Sense of Crisis
Sense of crisis means when you are in a comfortable situation and can’t feel
anything bad would happen, but you have to have the feeling that the comfortable
situation would not last forever and you need to make preparation in advance. Do
not ignore it. It is very important and necessary. It is common that people are easy
to get lost and get used to while they are in a comfortable situation for a long time.
When something happens, they will lose their head. It will be hard for them to deal
with. For example, Lucy is very good at English. With the talent in English, she only
need to put a little attention on that subject, she can get be the No. 1. Then she is
very proud and never work hard on that subject. However, she finds that she is not
in the first place for a long time, and several classmates have done better than her.
The result of her is because she does not have the sense of crisis.
危机意识指的是当你处于舒适区时会意识不到将来可能会发生的不好的境况。可是你
得有这样的意识舒适期不会永远都存在的,你得提前做好准备。不要把这一点忽视掉。这
是非常重要也是很有必要的。通常大家都很容易在舒适区迷失自我或者习以为常。发生一
些事情时,就会显得手足无措。处理起来会有一定的困难。例如:露西非常擅长英语。由
于她在这方面的天资,她基本不用花什么时间在英语上就能成为班里的第一名。对此她非
常的自豪,也就不怎么花心思在这上面。结果她发现自己已被多人超过,再也不是第一名
了。露西的情况就是因为她没有危机意识。
【篇二】睡眠不足的坏处 The Shortage of not Enough Sleep
Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of society,
most people have more and more things to do and have less time to sleep. As a
result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may not realize the bad
side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a long term. First of all, lack
of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do not sleep enough, they will get
black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make people look no so beautiful.
Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual outlook. A person who lacking of
sleep always looks tired and has no power to do things. Last, not enough sleep for
a long time will have bad influence of thought. They always can’t be active in
mind.
人人每天都需要睡觉。但是随着社会的快速发展,大多数人都是事情越来越多,而睡
觉的时间却是越来越少。所以很多人都是睡眠不足。短期的睡眠不足并不会感觉到有什么
特别的不适,但是长期以往就会感受到了。首先,睡眠不足会影响到外貌。如果说不够,
很容易会有黑眼圈,皮肤也容易不好,这样看起来就没有那么漂亮了。其次,缺少睡眠也
影响到一个人的精神面貌。经常睡眠不足的人看起来会比较疲惫,感觉做什么都无力。最
后,长期缺少睡眠还会影响思维,经常做不到思维活跃。
