Please read this manual carefully before installation and operation.

This machine, operates on a low-voltage direct-current power, which eliminates the risk of

high-voltage electrical shock. It has been specially designed to suit its use on the vehicle, featuring a

pleasant exterior, a reliable structure and a variety of practical functions. This machine requires little

space, which is in line with the new service notions of luxury passenger buses.

一．结构名称图（Structural Name Diagram）：

二.安装说明：

1、 将产品放置于安装的位置。

2、 画好孔位(或按图纸安装孔位预先钻好孔)钻孔。

3、 用M8螺栓锁紧。

4、 按红线为正极，黑色为负极，接好线。

Ⅱ、Installation instructions：

Ⅰ、 Place the product onto the installation position.

Ⅱ、 Mark the hole site (or drill the holes beforehand according to the mounting holes shown on the

drawing) and perform drilling.

Ⅲ、 Screw with M8.

Ⅳ、 Connect wires, with red one being positive and black one being negative.

三．使用说明（Operation Instructions）：

1.

按正确极性接入电源，放入标准水桶并固定，插入带管水桶塞。

第一次使用饮水机时，接通饮水机电源开关，正常时电源指示灯(绿)点亮，同时加热指示

灯(红)点亮，加热管通电工作;为防止发热体干烧,必须持续按下热水按钮，直到加热箱内

注满水且水嘴有水流出后，才可进入正常工作状态。

接通饮水机电源开关后，开始加热工作,当水温加热到设定值时，加热自动停止，加热指示灯

灭，表示可以取用热水；当水温低于设定值时，加热再次自动进行,加热指示灯点亮,依此循环保

证热水水温达到饮用要求。

. 在饮水机电源接通状态，按下左边热水按钮取用热水，按下右边常温水按钮取用常温水。

冰箱制冷方式：按正确极性接入电源， 接通冰箱电源控制开关，显示屏显示当前箱体温度。

通过温度设定键进行温度设定,温度调节到设定值后，设定值闪烁6秒即确认。控制CPU进行温度

值比较，如设定温度值高于当前箱体温度，压缩机不运行,制冷系统不工作；如设定温度值低于当

前箱体温度，延时160秒后，压缩机开始工作，制冷系统开始制冷，箱体内温度下降;当下降到设

定的温度后，切断压缩机电源，制冷停止;制冷停止后箱体内温度上升，当温度上升到高于设定值

3℃时,压缩机通电，制冷开始，这样周而复始保持恒温。[制冷温度可达到-15℃以下]。

压缩机设完善的保护电路，压缩机控制器具有过压、欠压保护,过热保护，过载保护功能。能

循环检测压缩机工作状态，识别故障产生原因待故障因素排除后能自动恢复正常工作。

1. Connect power using the right pole, put in the water bucket and fix it in place, and then insert the

bucket cork with the pipe.

▼Put through the switch , after the indicator lamp green light of the power is on , touch the red and

dab the switch, the water pump begins to draw water. About 3-5 minutes, wait to have water to flow out

the complete machine and begin to work

Put through and heat the switch, heat the green light of the indicator lamp only when being normal ,

heat and is in charge of working. When the temperature is up to 90 degrees Centigrade, heat and stop

automatically , heat the green light of the indicator lamp to put out; When the temperature is lower than

65 degrees Centigrade, heat and go on automatically

3．Touch the green and dab the switch, the water pump begins to draw water, close and dab the switch, the

water pump quits work

4． Compressor refrigeration way: Connecting the power source according to the correct polarity, puts

through the power switch and temperature controlling, compressor starts working and the refrigeration

system starts to refrigerate, the temperature in the box is dropping down, after dropping to the

hypothesis temperature, the temperature controlling will cut, shuts off the compressor power source and

refrigeration stops; After the refrigeration stops, the temperature in box rise, when rises to the certain

temperature, puts through temperature controlling, the compressor is power on, the refrigeration starts,

maintains the constant temperature like this again and again. [ Refrigeration temperature may achieve

-10 ℃ and below ]

５．Protective circuit is provided to protect the equipment from too high or too low supply voltage, in

which case, the compressor will stop working then automatically restore when voltage and power

resumes to normal state.

四.水桶放置略图（Sketch of Water Bucket Location）：

1． 水桶的封口纸撕开，除去水桶塞，把桶倾斜如①所示放入水桶柜内的固定架上；

2、从支架上取下天蓝色带有两根水管的瓶塞，将水管放入水桶里如图②所示塞好瓶塞；

3、 如③所示将水桶紧固带夹好。

4、正常使用时将回水阀门关闭。

六.特别提醒（

Cautions）

：

▼ 本机使用直流24V电源，接入时请按正确极性，红色为正，负极接机壳，不要接反，以免烧机。

▼ 更换机内部件、器件，或更换水桶时，请先关闭电源。

▼ 本机工作时电流较大，接入本机的电源线材要有余量并可靠连接。

▼ 更换保险丝时请按技术参数规定的容量接入。

▼ 不得使用纯净水和矿泉水以外的水源。饮水机连续使用二个月后，应清洗去垢，可用2%的食用

柠檬酸液2加仑左右，轻度加热，在饮水机内循环2-3次之后，再用清水不加热从机内通过2-3

次，即可正常使用。

▼ 水仓首次加热至限定温度的时间约为20分钟.

▼ 饮水机第一次使用时,接通电源开关后必须持续按住热水按钮使加热箱内注满水,以免烧坏加

热管。

▼ 换水桶时请注意进水管的过滤套是否有异物，请在换水桶时清洗过滤套。

➢ This machine operates on DC 24V power. Before connecting the power, please select suitable

connectors to connect the wire firmly to their corresponding terminals; the red one is positive and

the black one is negative; make sure the polarity to avoid machine burnout.

➢ When replacing the fuse, please comply with the capacity prescribed in the technical parameters or

replace with fuse of the same color.

➢ This machine has a large electric current when it is in operation; therefore, the power cord for the

machine must have an allowance and be connected in a reliable manner.

➢ Please switch off power before replacing internal components, units or the water bucket.

➢ Do not use a water source other than purified water and mineral water. After being in operation for

two months, the fountain machine should be cleaned to remove the dirt that has accumulated in the

machine. Use 2 gallons of 2% edible citric acid liquor, warm it slightly, circulate it in the fountain

machine two-three times, and then run unheated clean water through the machine two-three times;

after that, the machine will be ready for use again.

➢ It takes approximately 20 minutes for the water compartment to heat up to the prescribed

temperature for the first time

Heat when water tank all over, forbid opening and heating the switch, so as not to burn out and heat

managing
