儿童心肺复苏电除颤操作流程及评分标准

1.检查环境安全并确认急救箱内有必要设备。

Check the safety of the environment and ensure that the

necessary equipment is in the first aid kit.

2.若儿童无反应，大声呼唤并轻抚其肩膀。

If the child is unresponsive, call out loudly and gently

shake their shoulders.

3.如果仍未有反应，立即呼救并让另一人准备好AED机器。

If there is still no response, call for help immediately

and have another person prepare the AED machine.

4.快速打开儿童的空气道并检查有否异常。

Quickly open the child's airway and check for any

abnormalities.

5.如果发现有异常，清理口腔内的异物并重新开启空气道。

If abnormalities are found, clear any foreign objects

from the mouth and reopen the airway.

6.检查儿童的呼吸情况，观察胸部起伏。

Check the child's breathing and observe chest movements.

7.如发现没有呼吸，立即开始对儿童进行心肺复苏。

If there is no breathing, start CPR on the child

immediately.

8.将儿童放平仰卧位，进行30次胸外心脏按压。

Lay the child flat on their back and perform 30 chest

compressions.

9.随后进行两次人工呼吸，每次呼吸需持续1秒钟。

Then perform two rescue breaths, each breath should last

for 1 second.

10.回到30次胸外心脏按压，并重复两次人工呼吸的步骤。
