摘要：

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from not being collected due to an

out-of-charge radio tag, and also to easily register the radio tag exchanged in

maintenance work with high accuracy in position.

SOLUTION: A measurement vehicle 400 receives radio waves from a plurality of radio

tags 200a, 200b arranged in a manhole 300 during travelling via a reader 500. A tag

reception information take-in part takes in tag reception information transmitted from

the reader 500. A present situation investigation holding/updating part 707 holds and

updates data as present situation investigation data in association with the ID of the tag,

and also determines whether the identification information of all radio tags arranged in a

communication facility is read or not. When there is a radio tag whose identification

information is not read, it is determined that the radio tag is out of charge. Then, a

maintenance and inspection date for the exchange of the radio tag is set.
