戈晓华上海交通大学医学院·学者介绍1099戈晓华 博士生副主任护师、硕士生导师ORCID ID：0000-0002-8100-6898Ph.D candidateCo-chief Superintendent Nurse, Master's SupervisorORCID ID: 0000‒0002‒8100‒6898GE Xiao-hua戈晓华（1976—），上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院护理部副主任。1999年于上海第二医科大学（现上海交通大学医学院）高级护理系获学士学位，2009年于复旦大学护理系获硕士学位，2016年9月至今于海军军医大学护理系攻读博士学位。现任上海护理学会科技开发委员会副主任委员、上海交通大学医学院护理教学工作委员会委员、《上海护理》审稿专家。

·主要从事护理教育及管理。研究方向为危重症护理和护理管理。以第一负责人主持局级或以上课题6项，包括上海市教育委员会护理高原学科建设专项基金。近年以第一作者或通信作者在统计源核心期刊发表论文近20篇。GE Xiao-huaborn in 1976, deputy director of Nursing Department, Xinhua Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of

Medicine. She graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in 1999, and got master' degree from Fudan University School of Nursing

in 2009. Now she is studying for her doctorate in the Second Military Medical University. She is vice chairman of Shanghai Nursing Society

Scientific and Technological Development Committee, a member of the nursing teaching committee of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of

Medicine, and a review expert of Shanghai Nursing.·GE Xiao-hua is mainly engaged in nursing care education and management. Her major study is critical care and nursing management. She has

hosted 6 projects including Shanghai Municipal Education Commission—Gaoyuan Nursing Grant Support. She has published 20 articles in core

journals.
