This one is weird.
I've set the ASPNETCORE_TEMP to a custom path in my local machine. What happens is that for some unknown reason the folder is deleted.
Documentation says: Temporary files for larger requests are written to the location named in the ASPNETCORE_TEMP environment variable, if any. If that environment variable is not defined, these files are written to the current user's temporary folder. Files are automatically deleted at the end of their associated requests.
But what about the folder? Is it deleted after not being used? Or, does Windows itself delete it if not used?
