I want to add custom tooltip in PowerApps dropdown control based on the Hover text. Is it possible to add?

On the DropDown1's Item property I have a collection:colSubmitActions that includes: ["Submit", "Missing Info", "Route for Review(D)", "Route for Review(T/S)", "Send ST","Send PVT", "On Hold", "Complete"] I am trying to display explanations of each item as a tooltip when hovering over it before the selection.
