I am used to opening projects in PyCharm by selecting them with the arrow keys and pressing ENTER, but for some reason, it has stopped working. When I select a project using the arrow keys and press ENTER, nothing happens.

This functionality still works in WebStorm, for example.

Do you know what might be causing this issue?
