getting 403 error while unprotecting the branch in gitlab, i have a maintainer access, gitlab doc did not support well.

I am having maintainer access and tried to unprotect one feature branch in gitlab pipelines. but getting 403 error saying you do not have permissions to access this page, contact admin.
