Can spring-vault be configured to access HashiCorp cloud "Vault Secrets" or only "Vault Dedicated". Everything I find refers to "Vault Dedicated" where you have setup a cluster and not the "Vault Secrets". Both look like they use the hcp so I would have assumed it would be possible.
