Function works with manually entered date but wont with EDATE function in Excel - Stack Overflow

I want cell b (random date) and cell c-h to be one month after that which I got using EDATE. When I try to use the function =@GEXQ("...\M1\M1_AR.edq|SUM|Balance",$B$1,C$3,$A9,C$2,C$4) I get #NUM!

I can manually enter the dates for it to work but would rather not have to. Cell d-h I have manually typed in the dates to show the function works.

Anyone know why it doesn't work when using EDATE instead of manually typing the date in?
