I am converting my Jupyter Notebooks to PDF using nbconvert, which generally works well. However, I would like to highlight certain content, especially Markdown callouts like:

Is there a way to define in a custom template that these callouts are formatted with colors, for example using \tcolorbox in the LaTeX export? Or are there alternative approaches to visually distinguish highlighted sections in the exported PDF?

I have already consulted ChatGPT and tried to write a Jinja template, but I find it overwhelming since I have no experience in this area.
