You need to build a new binary and then submit it along with your subscription(s). It will not automatically work.
After you uploaded a new build to AppStoreConnect, choose that new version (i.e. 2.0.0) and then scroll down to In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section. You will see a + button here. It's the same when you're adding a new build for review.

Select the IAP(s) or Subscription(s) that you want to submit and then click done -> save.

Notice: you also need to fill App Review Information in the case that Apple need to contact you.
