I am trying to provision an instance of Db2 lite for an online course. When I try to create the instance I get an error message that reads:

Please contact the Service Provider for this error. [400, Bad Request] We were unable to complete your request: version: please add 'version' parameter (only 11 supported). Try again with valid values or contact support if the issue persists.

But since IBM doesn't offer support for lite accounts they are no help. Has anyone else run in to this error?

I have tried going through the cli to provision the instance but it doesn't appear to be possible for Db2 lite as I can't find the lite plan id anywhere.

I am selecting Dallas as my region (I have also tried London). I even tried creating a different account with a different email. I have cleared my browser cache and tried from an incognito window.
