I am building a debug version of my app, and running it locally on an iOS 16 Pro simulator (iOS 18.2).

When the app loads, a modal pops up requesting an action from the user.

The screen freezes and you can't click on anything, until :

• you put the app into the background for a prolonged amount of time.
• return to the app.
• then the modal is dismissible.

This is only occurring on iOS18.0+ versions.

Has anyone come across this peculiarity?
