regression - how to interpret Log(y+c) transformation - Stack Overflow

If I transform my outcome variable y in a regression with log(y+c), would the interpretation of e.g. ß1

If I transform my outcome variable y in a regression with log(y+c), would the interpretation of e.g. ß1 be exp(ß1)-c? And the wording, on average x (independent v.) changes exp(ß1)-c ?

Also I am unsure what the difference in the interpretation between the results exp(ß1)-c and (exp(ß1)-1)*100 (percentage) are.
