I have a facebook business account and have been regularly receiving payments for the past five years. However, in February 2025, I did not receive my payment due to the 'Add Your Tax Info' requirement. After completing the process, I was prompted to fill out the W-8IMY form. However, there is no option to upload the form in my panel, and the 'Add Your Tax Info' process remains incomplete.

If anyone has faced this issue, please guide me on how to resolve it.
