I need to be able to clone a repository hosted on another user's personal account (so, no GitLab group). The repository has private visibility. The user has set me as a Member with Owner permissions on that repo. However, I can't access it or clone it. I get a 404 Not Found error.

For particular circumstances, the repository can't be part of a GitLab group.

It seems that being Owner member of that repo is not enough.

Is it possible for me to access the private repo of another user?
