Make git diff --color-moved machine readable? - Stack Overflow

Reading the git documentation and stuff online, it just mentions having the ability to change the color

Reading the git documentation and stuff online, it just mentions having the ability to change the colors of the moved lines when specifying --color-moved, but there is no mention of an option to produce machine readable output instead of human readable colors. Is this possible in any way, other than trying to parse ANSI color codes?
