Explanation

无人员伤亡,直接经济损失在1000元以下的事故.

Accident with no casualty and the direct economic lost below RMB1,000

造成人员微伤（损失工作日在1日以内）或1000元以上,1万元以下直接经济损失的事故.

Minor accident with light injury(less than 1 workdays) and with the direct economic lost between

RMB1,000 to RMB10,000

造成3人以下轻伤事故(指损失3个工作日以上,105个工作日以下)或在1万元以上、5万元以下直接经

济损失的事故.

Ordinary accident with light injury (less than 3 people and more than 3 workdays and less than

105 workdays)or the direct economic lost between RMB10,000 to RMB50,000

造成3人以下重伤(损失工作日在105日以上)或3人以上轻伤及造成5万元以上，10万元以下直接经

济损失的事故。

Major accident of serious injury(less than 3 people and more than 105 workdays) or the

economic lost between RMB50,000 to RMB100,000

造成死亡、永久性全失能伤害（损失等于或超过6000个工作日）及重伤3人（含3人）以上或直接

经济损失10万元以上的事故。

Fatal accident of death and permanemt total disability injury (serious injury to 3 or more people

and more than 6,000 workdays) or the direct economic lost over RMB100,000

注：Remarks:

1.考核事故为在港内人员伤亡事故及直接经济损失在1000元以上的事故.轻微事故由安全部门及相关部门按照简易程序调查处理;

在考核季度内轻微事故造成的直接经济损失累计金额作为安全奖考核的依据.

The accident to be assessed refers to the casuality accident happened to the staffs within the terminal and the accident which

causes direct economy lost beyond RMB1,000; for the minor accident, the Risk Management Department is responsible for

the investigation and settlement of the accident together with other relevant department

2.工伤事故按照《企业职工伤亡事故分类标准》GB6441－86判定;事故等级中的“以上”包括本数,“以下”不包括本数

The work injury is to be judged in line with the The Classification for Casualty Accidents of Enterprise Staff and

WorkersGB6441-86; in cese the accident level is above the medium level, the grading number is to be included and in case it

is below the medium level, the grading number is to be excluded

3.造成的直接经济损失由公司内部相关专业部门或外部专业机构评估。

The direct enconomy lost caused by the accident shall be evaluated by SMTL internal department or external professional

institute.

4.事故报告要根据事故分等级向公司领导报告，涉及向政府有关部门报告的事故按照国务院第493号令《生产安全事故和调查处

理条例》及有关法律法规要求报告

The accident report shall be submitted to the Management according to accident level; the accident to be submitted to relevant

government department shall be reported in line with the State COuncil No493 Act Principal for Production Safety Accident
