I. Introduction

cultivation of emotional intelligence is of great significance to

improvement of social skills. In recent years, the rapid

development of artificial intelligence technology has provided

a new way for the cultivation of children's emotional

intelligence. This paper aims to discuss the research and

practice of using ChatGPT to cultivate children's emotional

intelligence.

2. Research overview

2.1 The importance of developing emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence plays an important role in the

development of young children. Good emotional intelligence

skills can help young children better understand and express

their own emotions, accurately understand the emotions of

others, and effectively cope with various emotional challenges.

Emotional intelligence development not only contributes to

the personal growth of young children, but also helps to build

positive relationships and facilitate social interactions.
