摘要：PURPOSE:To subject a strip electrode plate to successive treatments and

enhance the reliability of the electrode plate by providing a dancing roller at the

processing end portion of the strip electrode plate which is processed inside a

processing vessel, and detecting the position of the plate to control the speed at which

the electrode plate is fed, thereby maintaining tension exerted thereon.

CONSTITUTION:As tension exerted on an electrode plate 1 in a processing vessel 8 is

varied, a dancing roller 5 is moved accordingly and is connected to an air cylinder 7 so

that some tension is maintained. If the tension is lowered abnormality and the plate 1

comes to a position B, the speed of a motor 10 is increased, while if the tension is raised

abnormality and the plate 1 comes to a position A the speed of the motor 10 is reduced,

thus restraining the fluctuation of the tension on the electrode plate. Thereby chemical

conversion treatment and plating of the electrode plate can be carried out successively

in a stable state and the quality of products can be enhanced.
