加味双合汤治疗痰瘀痹阻型痛风性关

节炎的临床疗效观察

摘要：目的：观察加味双合汤治疗痰瘀痹阻型痛风性关节炎的

临床疗效。

方法：选取符合病例的痰瘀痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者40例，

随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组采用加味双合

汤口服加吉诺美德，对照组采用吉诺美德口服。治疗4周后，

观察两组患者临床疗效及生化指标变化。

结果：治疗组总有效率为90%，对照组为70%，治疗组的优于

对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗组临床症状，生化指标如尿酸水平，

肝肾功能、骨骼肌酶等指标的改善显著，与对照组相比差异有

统计学意义（P < 0.05）。

结论：加味双合汤常规治疗痰瘀痹阻型痛风性关节炎具有一定

的疗效，且无明显不良反应，值得应用于临床治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy

of Jia Wei Shuang He Tang in the treatment of phlegm

stasis obstruction type gouty arthritis.

Methods: Forty patients with phlegm stasis obstruction

type gouty arthritis were randomly divided into

treatment group and control group, with 20 cases in

each group. The treatment group was given Jia Wei

Shuang He Tang with oral Febuxostat, and the control

group was given Febuxostat alone. After 4 weeks of

treatment, the clinical efficacy and biochemical index

changes of the two groups of patients were observed.

Results: The total effective rate of the treatment

group was 90%, which was significantly better than 70%

in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical symptoms,

biochemical indicators such as uric acid level, liver

and kidney function, and muscle enzymes in the

treatment group were significantly improved, and the

difference compared with the control group was

statistically significant (P <0.05).

Conclusion: Jia Wei Shuang He Tang has a certain

therapeutic effect in the routine treatment of phlegm

stasis obstruction type gouty arthritis, and there

were no significant adverse reactions, which is worthy

of clinical application.
