从LXRs-NF-κB通路探讨壮骨健膝方
对KOA滑膜炎症影响的实验研究
摘 要:
目的:本研究旨在探究壮骨健膝方对KOA滑膜炎症影响的实验
研究,并探讨其机制。
方法:选取30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、KOA组和壮骨
健膝方组,每组10只。正常对照组不做任何处理,KOA组和
壮骨健膝方组通过手术诱导KOA模型。壮骨健膝方组口服壮骨
健膝方,KOA组口服生理盐水。术后第3天开始给予相应的药
物,连续给药4周后,进行实验分析。
结果:实验结果显示,与KOA组相比,壮骨健膝方组的滑膜组
织炎症得到显著改善,且其LXRα、LXRβ和NF-κB表达水平
与正常对照组相比无显著差异,表明壮骨健膝方能够通过调节
LXRs/NF-κB通路及其下游靶点的表达水平来发挥其治疗作用。
结论:壮骨健膝方在KOA治疗中具有一定的治疗作用,其作用
机制可能与其能够抑制LXRs/NF-κB通路的活化有关。

Abstract:
Objective: This study aims to explore the effect and
mechanism of Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang on synovial
inflammation in KOA through the investigation of
LXRs/NF-κB pathway.
Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into normal
control group, KOA group and Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang
group, with 10 rats in each group. The normal control
group received no treatment, while KOA group and
Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang group were induced KOA model
through surgery. The Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang group was
administered with Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang orally, while
KOA group was administered with saline. The
experimental drugs were started 3 days after surgery
and continued to be administered for 4 weeks before
experiments.
Results: The results showed that compared with the KOA
group, the synovial inflammation in the Zhuanggu
Jianxi Fang group was significantly improved. Moreover,
the expression levels of LXRα, LXRβ and NF-κB in
the Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang group were not significantly
different from those in the normal control group,
indicating that Zhuanggu Jianxi Fang can regulate the
expression levels of LXRs/NF-κB pathway and its
downstream targets to exert its therapeutic effect.
