In accordance with the insolvency law and the relevant legal

provisions， what I would like to say is that the person who

applied for bankruptcy was simply playing tricks that were not

in conformity with the law。 His submission of the bankruptcy

application was full of false statements and the concealment of

important information， which was nothing more than harm to

the interests of our creditors。 In the course of insolvency， he

also played a number of unlawful acts that were totally contrary

to the provisions of the insolvency law and seriously harmed the

interests of our creditors。 I very much hope that the court will

examine this bankrupt applicant and protect the legitimate

interests of our creditors。
