Question1:I will show myself through the broad and narrow aspects, such as my nationality, name, my hobby and trait etc.

Q2:Perhaps, I can display my basic information on the Internet , including my screen name, gender, age , hometown and some profile photos.

Q3: It's not entirely accurate，because I usually show my optimism online, actually,

I can express my frustration in my daily life, too.

Q4:I don’t know how often I change my information e it just depends on my mood. But I always like changing my profile photos if I want to express my mood.

these rivalries refers to some groups that have a lot in common sometimes form the most intense separate identities.

Positive:Firstly, a harmonious team will form the sense of unity which can help them to assign different work accurately. What’s more, the efficiency of a good team will improve better if they are get along with others patterns. Finally, it can increase the core cohesion of the team.

Negative: disputes are inevitable when a team faced with the distribution of benefits.
