4. 学生准备：预习课文内容，让学生课后在百度中查找中国春节的由来，以及春节中有哪些常见的习俗。

二.教学课题：Unit 12 The Spring Festival (第二课时：Reading)

（一）教学目标：

1.知识目标：进一步巩固和掌握在第一课时中讲解的本文中涉及的重要单词、词组，如the Spring Festival, just like, get together,

celebrate on, begin doing等。

2.技能目标：加强学生用英语进行简单口语表达的能力，以及进一步训练学生略读、细读、归纳等阅读能力和阅读技巧，同时培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

3.情感目标：通过本课的学习，让学生了解春节的由来，春节的习俗，增强学生热爱祖国民族文化，民族习俗的责任感；同时，通过小组内合作学习和小组间竞赛式回答问题的学习方式，增强学生的团队精神、合作能力和集体荣誉感。

（二）教学重点、难点

重点是掌握语言点的使用，全面透彻地理解整篇文章；本课的难点是对文中几处复合句句意的理解。

多媒体课件，互联网。

三 .教材分析：

1.内容分析：本文选自中等职业教育课改新教材 《英语》基础模块上册。本文讲诉的是中国春节的习俗。

学 2.学情分析：学生英语基础薄弱，对本文中的很多句子难以理解。所以必须让他们在课前通过互联网查找有关中国春节的由来，以及与中国春节有关的习俗，这样的知识背景有利于他们更快更好的理解本文内容。

四．教学方法和学习策略

1.教学方法：图片导入法、情景教学法、任务教学法和启发式教学法；

2.学习策略：（1）.通过图片和课文语境设置情景学习新单词和短语。

（2）.采用激励性评价，在教学活动中充分激发学生的求知欲和表现欲，通过小组合作式学习，培养学生自主运用语言的能力。

(通过多媒体课件向同学们介绍中国春节的习俗然后让学生用英语谈论他们在春节期间的活动。通过让学生谈论春节其他他们的所作所为，拉近学生与课文内容的距离，便于学生更好的理解课文，并能锻炼学生英语口语表达能力，从而顺利导入本课内容。)

六. 教学反思

本文主要讲述的是有关中国春节习俗的知识，课文内容贴近学生的生活，所以学生很好理解，在此基础上，我让学生通过百度搜索一些他们不知道的中国春节的习俗，可以扩展学生的知识面，便于进一步理解课文内容。在词汇复习过程中用在百度中找到的鞭炮、对联、饺子、灯笼、剪纸等图片通过课件呈现出来，使课堂内容更加生动。

本课采用的小组合作式学习和小组间竞赛式回答问题的方式，既符合职业高中学生英语基础参差不齐的现状，以弥补相互间知识的不足，又符合高中生求知欲强，争强好胜的年龄特点，激发学生的好胜心和求知欲。

本课教学活动中分别采用了略读、精读相结合的方式，让学生充分理解文章内容，又加以题型多样的练习，使学生更加准确的掌握了本课中所学的知识点。达到了本课的教学目标。
