可以说accompany with sb.吗？

with your husband forever?2. He is a postman, how can I accompany with
him all the whole day?请问句中的accompany with sb.用得对吗? [答]原句中的
accompany with sb.均用错了,应去掉介词with。accompany本身是及物动词,后
面不能加介词。例如: asked me to accompany her to the church.她要我
陪她去教堂。(《柯林斯Cobuild英语用法》,p.6)
