7. 纠纷解决

员工同意任何与本协议相关的争议应提交至仲裁解决。

本协议自签署日起生效，并持续有效直至以下情况发生：（1）

协议到期或（2）协议被双方一致终止。

Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (hereafter referred to as the

"Agreement") is entered into on the ____ day of ____,

____(hereafter referred to as the "Effective Date"). This

Agreement is made between the Employer (hereafter referred to as

5. Termination of Employment

(1) The Employee has the right to terminate their employment with

prior notice to the Company.

(2) The Company has the right to terminate the Employee with

prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Any intellectual property created or invented by the Employee

during their tenure shall belong to the Company.

7. Dispute Resolution

The Employee agrees that any disputes related to this Agreement

shall be submitted for arbitration.

This Agreement shall become effective upon the date of signing

and remain in effect until either (1) the expiration of the

Agreement or (2) termination by mutual agreement.
