Four types of pressure
Working hard is a good habit. Everyone knows that “the more ploughing and
weeding, the better the crop.”
However, if we always work under pressure, we will get anxious more often
and may be trapped in a state of sub-health, which may lead to an illness in the
end.
1. Anticipated pressure
What will happen tomorrow? I have to repay my loans to the bank. What can I
do if I lose my job?
2. Situation pressure
Some of us are talkative in the office, but when we need to give a speech or
training. We will under a kind of nameless pressure. We find that our brain is in
a state of blank and we cannot even think out the contents that we prepared
well before. This is the reaction to the reality. This is the situation pressure.
In fact, it is not easy to overcome and change it. What you can do is only adjust
yourself.
3. Chronic pressure.
It is from the experiences that you cannot control and can only bear and accept.
In fact, all of us have this kind of pressure. We are afraid of making mistakes. It
shows differently from one person to another.
4. Remaining pressure.
Everyone meets the frustrations and failures more or less in his career and life.
It is difficult for someone to erase the shadow of failure from his life. We call
this kind of shadow as remaining pressure. This kind of pressure will be broken
out in particular situations. For example, someone said the wrong thing before
in his speech; he thought that he has already forgotten it. But in some
particular situations, it will be broken out immediately.
How to manage pressure?
We can go out with our close friends and shout all the displeasure out, but we
must make sure first that our friends have free time and are willing to help us.
Sleeping is always a good choice.
Nowadays, reducing pressure by sleeping has become the most “in” way
between office ladies and students.
According to a research, SQ(Sleeping Quotient ) determines whether the result
of reducing pressure by sleeping is excellent or just ordinary and it can be
measured roughly by a simple questionnaire.
1. Cry on my shoulder—DSDS(Deutschland sucht den Superstar)
Before: DSDS is not a band, not a singer, but a talent show. It means Germany
Search the Superstar. It is similar with the SuperGirl or SuperBoy of HuNan
Satellite TV. So it’s sung by the singers from this talent show. Now let’s enjoy it!
After: As we heard, this is a standard inspirational song. “If you wanna cry, cry
on my shoulder”, “Don’t forget if you feel lonely and helpless, you can cry on
my shoulder; I will always be with you and share my love with you.”
