CRANE OR DERRICK SUSPENDED WORK PLATFORMS

吊车或起重机悬吊式工作平台

Where personnel must work at locations that are inaccessible or unsafe to reach by other methods, a

suspended platform may be used to perform work, or to transport employees to and from those

locations:

如果人员难以接近某一作业区域，而其他方法无法保证其安全性，可用悬吊式工作平台为人员的作业平

台，或者可用它来将人员输送到作业地点。

1. The work platform will be constructed according to

CB&I Standard Drawings No. 2L21 series.

按照TGE标准图纸 No. 2L21系列制作工作平台。

2. No more than four persons along with their tools

and the material necessary to do their work are

permitted in the work platform. A person shall be

considered as weighing 200 pounds. Check the

weight capacity on the platform to assure it is not

overloaded.

假设一个人员的体重为200磅，工作平台只可容纳

4人，以及必要的作业工具和材料。需检查平台的

载荷，确保其不会超重。

3. The work platform shall be attached to the block

or hook. The hook shall be provided with a

positive, locking closure device or an additional

sling must be attached from the platform to a point

above the hook block or ball.

工作平台需挂在吊钩上，要求吊钩具有正锁（正

闭）功能，不然，必须另外使用一根钢丝绳将工作

平台固定到吊钩的上方。

4. All sling suspension systems shall utilize a master

link for attachment to the block or hook. All

platform suspension must be provided with a

positive closure device (e.g. safety-type shackle).

所有悬吊系统都需要使用一个主链环，将这个主链

环挂到吊钩上。所有悬吊系统上必须配有正闭装置

（如：安全卸扣）

5. Rotation of the platform is not permitted.

工作平台严禁发生旋转。

6. Each individual on the work platform must wear a

safety harness with lanyard attached above the

hook, to the shackle, or to the anchorage points

provided on the platform. Assure hook-off point is

at waist level or above.

工作平台上的作业人员必须穿戴安全带，将安全带

的系索挂在吊钩上方的卸扣上，或者固定在平台上

的锚点上。确保安全带上的系索不低于腰部。

Note: Lanyards shall not be connected to the grab rail

of the platform.

说明：严禁将系索系在平台的扶手上。

7. If slings are used to hoist the work platform, the

slings shall be covered with insulation to prevent

them from being damaged by arc strikes from

welding operations. Such insulation shall be clear

or easily removable to allow for inspection of the

slings. All eyes in slings shall have thimbles.

如果使用了吊索来吊装工作平台，吊索应绝缘防止

被焊接的电弧击到。绝缘层应当是透明的或者是易

摘取的并便于检查。所有的吊索的吊眼应有保护衬

套。

8. Where the work platform is not in sight of the

crane or derrick operator, or at elevations above

75 feet, two-way voice communications must be

maintained at all times between a person in the

work platform and the crane or derrick operator.

平台高度超过75英尺，应时刻保持作业平台上人

员和吊车司机之间的双向通讯交流。

9. The crane or derrick operator must remain at the

crane or controls at all times while the work

platform is in use.

操作平台使用过程中，吊车/起重机司机应不可离

开驾驶室或起重机控制室。

10. The raising and lowering of the work platform will

be by power up and power down (no free

wheeling).

升降工作平台的升降只能由power up and power

down（no free wheeling？？）.

11. The vertical speed shall not exceed 75 feet per

minute during raising or lowering of the work

platform.

在工作平台升降过程中垂直速度不可超过75英尺/

分钟。

12. No horizontal movement (travel) of the crane is

permitted while personnel are on the suspended

work platform. Slewing is permitted.

工作平台上有人的情况下严禁水平移动工作平台，

但是可以回转。

13. The platform shall not be used during winds

exceeding 20 mph (32.2 km/hr), electrical storms,

or other adverse weather conditions, which could

harm employees.

在有可能伤害到员工的恶劣天气状态下 （如：风

速超过20mph (32.2km/hr)、雷电暴风雨）不可使

用工作平台。

14. A firm footing, uniformly level within one percent,

(1 foot in 100 feet) shall be provided for crawler

type cranes. When cranes equipped with

outriggers are used, all outriggers shall be

extended and set in accordance with the

manufacturer’s instructions during lifting

operations.

履带式吊车站位需稳固，不平整度控制在1％之内

（每100英尺1英尺）。如果吊车带有支腿，所有

的支腿必须完全打开，并按照生产商指导站位。

15. An anti-two-block device or a two-block damage

prevention feature shall be provided so it prevents

contact between the load block or overhaul ball

and the boom tip. A function test on the anti-two-

block device shall be performed to insure proper

functioning before lifting personnel.

吊车上需提供防吊钩相撞的装置，或采取措施防止

主副吊钩以及吊臂顶端相互间发生碰撞导致损坏。

应在吊装人员之前检查吊钩防撞装置的功能。

16. The platform, all attachments and crane or derrick

shall be visually inspected by the foreman on a

daily basis, or prior to each use, if used

infrequently. Assure hoist and derrick inspection

schedule and report completed within last 30 days

and that it is on the jobsite.

17. The maximum “total lifted load” (combined weight of

platform, personnel, tools, equipment and rigging)

must not exceed 1/2 the rated capacity of the crane

or derrick at the radius that the lift will be made.

总重量）不可超过一定吊装半径内吊车或起重机额定

18. Work platform must be proof loaded 125% of

capacity at the start of the job. This is performed in

case of damage to the platform in shipment.

19. A trial lift with the unoccupied personnel platform

loaded at least to the anticipated lift weight will be

performed prior to lifting persons at each setup.

The trial lift route will be the same route intended for

the personnel lift. Complete the other side.

至少应和预期吊装重量相同，试吊路线应与预期吊装

20. The Foreman shall determine there is no practical

alternate way to perform the needed work, complete

the other side of this form, authorize suspended

work platform usage by signature and post the form.

工长应确定没有其他的方式可以完成需要做的工作。

完成下面表格，并通过签字和张贴认可工作平台的使

用权。

21. A meeting attended by the crane operator, signal

person, person(s) to be lifted, and the person

responsible for the task to be performed shall be

held to plan and review procedures to be followed,

including procedures for entering and leaving the

manlift platform and the points at which persons will

enter and leave the platform.

吊车驾驶员、信号员、被吊装人员、工作负责人应一

起开会讨论方案，阅读程序，包括进入和离开工作平

台程序以及人员进入和离开工作平台的位置。

22.

During welding operations, the hook point shall be

insulated to prevent arcing of the cable.

在焊接过程中，挂点必须做绝缘防止弧光放电击

到吊索。
