我瑞麦(宁波)作为丹麦AH工业集团的子公司,我们将恪守AH工业集团的企业社会责任—CSR政

策的要求。

目的

此企业社会责任方针旨在描述AH工业集团对企业社会责任的观点,并确保CSR能对组织的所有层级和

我们周围世界的关系产生影响。总的目标是所有员工和业务伙伴将按照我们的“行为准则” 行事,使企

业符合相关法律法规及客户的要求。

方针

作为整体战略的一部分,我们希望在开发新的先进技术和提供面向未来的服务方面与我们的业务伙

伴建立稳固的合作关系。

在我们与客户,供应商,员工和当地社区密切合作关系中,合作与创新反映了我们通过持续努力工

作而实现我们的企业社会责任目标。

在AH企业社会责任是我们业务不可分割的一部分。

我们知道AH工业集团对客户、员工、环境和社会有着重要影响,为履行我们的企业社会责任,我们

会在道德准则和框架内开展活动。

我们把在联合国全球契约十项原则的基础上建立起来的“行为准则”作为我们自己和我们的供应商

开展业务的准则。

我们每年审核我们的CSR政策而不断努力提高我们的企业社会责任。在AH工业集团开展企业社会责

任活动的基本准则是,做我们所说的,说我们所做的。

关注领域

我们已经确定了集中精力努力的4个整体的重点领域:

•安全—我们致力于确保我们给我们员工提供一个安全和健康的工作环境,主动地预防工伤和工作相

关的伤害。在AH工业集团不应把我们的员工暴露在危险或危害他们健康的工作相关的情形中。另外我们

所有的生产工厂将通过ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

•环境—我们有一个积极的环保政策和持续开展能源和环境改进措施。同时,我们在生产设备方面,

努力预防污染和其他环境危害。我们将在任何时间遵守地方环境法律法规并要求我们的供应商同样遵

守。

•供应商—我们要求我们的供应商通过我们的行为准则来遵守联合国全球契约以确保我们的供应链的

安全。如果供应商不能遵守,我们将开展纠正措施和供应商开展建设性对话。

•多样性—我们是一个多样化的工作场所可包容各种类型的员工不论性别、宗教、种族、社会背景、

政治观点、年龄或性取向。作为一个多样性的工作场所,同样意味着我们会聘用残疾人士和工作能力下

降的人员。

这个企业社会责任政策体现在我们相关的政策中:人力资源政策,环境政策和职业健康和安全政

策。

Rimadan (Ningbo) Mechanical Engineering & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary company of

AH Industries, we will scrupulously abide by the AH industries CSR policy.

Objective

The objective of this CSR policy is to describe AH Industries view on CSR and to ensure it is reflected

on all levels of the organization and in the relations to the world around us.

The overall goal is that all employees and business partners act in accordance to our Code of

Conduct , to compliance with relevant legal requirements, regulations and customer requirements

Policy

As a part of the overall strategy we wish to build strong working relationships to our business partners

in the development of new advanced technologies and future proof services.

Cooperation and innovation also reflects our approach to CSR where we work continuously to

improve our efforts in close cooperation with customers, suppliers, employees and the local community.

At AH Industries CSR is an integrated part of our business. We know that we have a significant

impact on customers, employees, environment and society. In order to fulfill our social responsibility, we

conduct our activities on the basis of ethical principles and standards.

We set the standards for conducting business to both ourselves and our suppliers through our Code

of conduct that is based on the ten principles in UN Global Compact. We review our CSR policy annually

while continually striving to improve our CSR efforts.

Fundamental for CSR activities at AH Industries is that we do as we say and say what we do.

Focus areas

We have defined four overall focus areas to concentrate our efforts around:

Safety

– We work to secure our employees a safe and healthy working environment proactively

preventing industrial injuries and work related injuries. No work-related situations at AH

ndustries should

expose our employees to danger or endanger their health. Furthermore all production units will be

certified according to the occupational health and safety standard ISO45001.

Environment

– We have an active environmental policy and continuously initiate energy and

environmental improvements. Simultaneously we work to prevent pollution and other environmental

hazards from our production facilities. We will at all times abide to local environmental law and demand

the same of our suppliers.

Suppliers

– We secure safety in our supply chain by demanding of our suppliers that they act in

compliance with UN Global Compact through our Code of Conduct. If a supplier fails to comply with this

we will enter into a constructive dialogue with the supplier about implementing corrective actions.

Diversity

- We are a diverse workplace with room for all types of employees no matter sex, religion,

ethnic/social background, political view, age or sexual orientation. Being a diverse workplace also means

that we hire disabled people and people with reduced ability to work.

This CSR policy is reflected in our concern policies; HR Policies, Environmental Policy and occupational

health and safety policy.
