态度决定一切(Attitude determines everything)
Career planning is the first step in career success.
Unfortunately, many professionals don't have a good grasp of
their career, they don't know how to achieve their career goals,
or they don't know what kind of goals they will achieve. It's
never too late for a career plan. IT managers, professionals,
trainees, new entrants to the IT or Chief Information Officer
(CIO) need to think about their future. By taking the attitude
of "I don't care" or "everything is over", you can't realize
your inner potential. You and other professionals have a choice;
you can plan your career and make informed decisions on the
basis of these plans so that you can master your career. Don't
let your career develop any more, but let your career develop
according to your plan! Obviously, you need to be clear about
what you want to be and motivate yourself.
Many people are concerned about certificates and other career
tools, regardless of the needs of their career growth. Training,
certificates, and work experience are only part of your
personal career development plan. It is only after you have a
proper and proper career development plan that you consider the
question of certificates. So what exactly do you need to do for
career development?
Assessment
Working out a career development plan requires career self
assessment and occupational status assessment. What do I mean
by the term "occupational self-assessment"? Job self
assessment asks you to ask questions related to your career
expectations and answer these questions. You have to ask
yourself, "what kind of job life do you want?" What kind of job
or activity will make you feel good? What are your career goals?
What ambitions or personal or life preferences do you have? What
is most important to you in job satisfaction? These are all
questions about what direction you want your life to take.
In general, you need to consider the following aspects: job
nature, work interests, public awareness, security, income
(salary and allowance), personal / family life, promotion
opportunities and responsibilities. List each of these areas
that will make you happy with your career, which is the top
priority, and which ones aren't important to you What are you
not interested in? With this analysis, you can find the IT work
/ environment you are interested in. You can also use other
available reliable resources to help you understand your
interests.
You may need to write down your short and long-term career goals.
These career goals can be described in terms of prophecy, and
you need to keep changing these goals until you are sure that
these are the goals you want.
A valuable career assessment must be faithful. Lying to
yourself doesn't help anything. You should understand and feel
happy about what you want to do.
The next step is to evaluate your career status. What's your
professional status now? Which stage of your career are you in?
What's the current situation in your job or profession? Is your
current job in line with your ideal situation? What kind of
background do you have if you don't talk about work? Are you
