Interview is frequently used by employers as a means to

recruit prospective employees. As a result, there have been many

arguments for or against the interview as a selection procedure.

As far as I am concerned, interview is a good way to select

prospective employees.

Employers have much work to do every day and to manage

a company. For them, time is limited. They just need to find out

which one is suitable for their company and choose employees

as soon as possible. Interview for employers is a good choice.

They can ask questions to the interviewees and find which one is

good at speaking as well as their reaction to the situation. Some

employers may be trouble in dealing with problems happening

in company and they can listen to interviewees to get great ideas.

Interview is a procedure to test values, speaking, communication,

thinking and so on of interviewees. Employers can know whether

she or he is suitable for their company when they interview them.

A company needs someone who can earn money and make

great benefit for them. They do not hire one who can

communicate barely and have no professional knowledge.

Employers get your information through the interview. The boss

can know what your advantage is and how useful you are then

he or she will decide to hire you in the company.

Interview can make boss select prospective employees and

it will last for a long time during job finding. As an interviewee,

we need to prepare

many things before getting a job. You should choose

appropriate suit, hoses and learn how to make up

introduction. The introduction had better in Chinese and in

English. What’s more, you should surf on the Internet how to

answer questions which employers will ask. You need to make it

clear in your mind and speak out your own idea fluently because

there is no time to let you think too much. Before interview, you

have to practice your manner and you’re speaking. I have been

interviewee for many times. There are many interviewers in front

of you and you need to introduce yourself first. Then one of them

will ask you two or three questions which is involved with

teaching. You should prepare answers before you stand in front

of your interviewers. It is not easy to answer questions when you

are afraid to speak in front of strangers.

All in all, interview is good way to compete with others to

catch boss’s eyes and we should prepare for it when we find

jobs.
