During the period of studying at home, I learned self-

discipline.

Before, no matter at home or at school, the elders would say

to us that we must learn self-discipline. Parents say that self-

discipline will make our life better;

The teacher said that self-discipline can make us better. All in

all, self-discipline is a very good quality of a person.

Before, I didnt think there was anything about self-discipline.

Because of the rebellious youth, most of my parents and teachers

didnt listen to what they said. Until recently, I tried to self-

discipline, and also learned self-discipline. I understand how

much self-discipline affects me.

In this period of time since I learned self-discipline, I have

almost completed all the learning tasks assigned to me in the

prescribed time. Self discipline makes my life regular and my

study efficient. In the past morning, I used to stay in bed. I would

lie in bed and listen to the alarm clock ring again and again, but

I just didnt get up. Now, compared with my procrastination and

inertia before, I have done a lot of things. Just like now, as long

as the alarm goes off in the morning, I will definitely get up

decisively and will not let myself continue to sleep late.

This change, first of all, has changed my whole spiritual

outlook a lot. I will go out for a morning run after getting up,

breathe the fresh air in the morning, and start my new life in the

morning run. Running in the morning has opened a wonderful

day for me.

My parents said that self-discipline will make my life better.

Now, I believe it. Under self-discipline, my body is getting

healthier and more energetic. The teacher said that self-discipline

can make my study more efficient, which is also good. I will

complete my learning tasks in the corresponding time period,

without delay and in time. Self discipline has eliminated many of

my shortcomings and contributed to many of my strengths.

I have learned self-discipline, and I will continue to do so for

the rest of my growth.

Self-behave is not easy, people are easy to obey the public
